Job Details:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Interior Senior Superintendent to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing and overseeing high-profile construction projects, including resorts, high rise buildings, and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. This role requires a deep understanding of interior design and construction processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction schedules, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Review and approve project plans and specifications, identifying any potential design or construction issues.
• Coordinate and oversee interior construction tasks such as drywall, painting, flooring, and fixture installations.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean job site at all times.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring all work meets or exceeds the project standards and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resources.
• Resolve any project issues or disputes, ensuring all work is completed to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing high rise, resort, and commercial construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of interior design and construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
