Job Summary
The Senior Tax Analyst will support the Director of Tax in managing the global transfer pricing function while contributing to both international and U.S. international income tax activities. This role operates in a collaborative, multinational, and multi-entity manufacturing environment to ensure tax compliance, audits, planning, and accounting are executed with precision and aligned with the company’s high ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain expertise in U.S. income tax principles related to international operations.
  • Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation and ensuring compliance with IRC Section 482 and equivalent foreign regulations.
  • Conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations, functional analyses, modeling, and scenario planning.
  • Participate in U.S. and international tax audits, controversies, and bilateral competent authority procedures.
  • Support the development and refinement of transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements.
  • Apply knowledge of ASC 740 income tax accounting to support tax reporting and planning activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the tax function.
  • Collaborate with tax managers and directors on various processes, projects, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Adhere to departmental processes and procedures supporting Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements.
  • Identify and address internal control risks or deficiencies, contributing to the refinement of income tax accounting and reporting controls.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent; advanced degree in Taxation preferred.
  • 2+ years of international tax experience
  • Proficiency in global transfer pricing matters, with experience in bilateral tax treaty procedures a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other general ledger systems is a plus
