Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop, implement, and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Create and manage cycle count schedules by inventory velocity, value, and risk.
  • Lead and train cycle count teams, ensuring accurate and timely counts.
  • Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes with corrective actions.
  • Partner with warehouse, sourcing, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide reporting and performance metrics on inventory accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements to optimize inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and auditing standards.

Qualifications Needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory role required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, RF scanners, and automated inventory tracking tools.
  • Experience in high-volume distribution or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
