Location: Coppell, TX area (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to help maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring stock accuracy, processing returns, and keeping our ERP system up to date — all while supporting smooth day-to-day distribution operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cycle counts and update ERP inventory records.
Assist in investigating and resolving inventory variances and customer shipping issues.
Process customer returns and prepare materials for destruction as needed.
Complete and document manufacturer returns.
Support inbound and outbound shipments, including unloading, staging, and verifying accuracy.
Conduct serial number verification for customer-reported and inventory issues.
Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely when handling materials.
Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Follow documented ERP and warehouse procedures.
Contribute to process improvements and overall service quality.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse operations experience (receiving, inventory control, or shipping).
Experience using ERP or automated inventory systems.
Ability to safely operate forklifts and reach trucks (3,000–4,000 lb. capacity).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (errors must not exceed 1%).
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Customer service mindset with professionalism and accountability.
Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or highly regulated environments.
