As a Consulting Inventory Reconciliation Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

1. Prepare detailed reconciliation reports that accurately reflect the status of refined product exchange agreements with our exchange partners' balances. Analyze and interpret monthly exchange statements to ensure compliance with contract terms.
2. Identify inventory balance discrepancies between company and Exchanging Companies through balancing and reconciling monthly data utilizing on-line reconciliation system.
3. Work with Exchanging companies, Terminals, L. O. Processing, Marketing and Supply departments to resolve outstanding items which involve volume and dollars.
4. Collaborate with Customer Service Dept., Billing Dept. and L. O. Processing Dept. to expedite volume corrections and improve cash flow
5. Review Exchange Summaries on 4th workday and report any out of tolerance fees and calculations to Financial Analysts for review and possible financial adjustment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Inventory Reconciliation Analyst position will have the following qualifications:

This position is responsible for completing monthly detailed reconciliation reports to accurately reflect the status of ongoing refined products inventory transactions.

Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma and prefers Bachelors degree in related fields.
2. 3-5 years related experience
3. Must be able to analyze and interpret contract terms.
4. Must be able to work with internal and external parties to resolve problems.
5. Knowledge of SAP preferred. PC skills with spreadsheet and word-processing software experience (Excel and Word preferred).
6. Knowledge of the Accenture Inventory and Exchange Solution (AIE) for Exchange for reconciliation preferred
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
8. A proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and efficiency.
9. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
