Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support a fast-growing, high-volume retail operation. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly by managing incoming product, tracking special orders, and maintaining accurate records in the POS system.
The right person will be highly organized, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and able to balance heads-down data entry with frequent internal customer interactions. High-end product experience is a plus, but a strong learning mindset and accuracy in detail-oriented work are just as important.

Responsibilities
  • Enter detailed information into the POS system, including item descriptions and photos.
  • Process vendor returns and prepare shipping paperwork.
  • Log repairs and parts received (clasps, crowns, etc.) into the correct job in POS.
  • Print and update tags for new items.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Support sales team with special orders, rush jobs, and daily inquiries.
  • Cross-train in related inventory functions to ensure coverage across the team.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of data entry or inventory experience.
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfort handling interruptions and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Jewelry or retail inventory experience preferred, but not required.
