Job Details

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in one or more of these areas:

  • Open-end (mutual) funds
  • Closed-end funds and/or exchange traded funds (ETFs) and
  • Experience representing investment companies, investment advisers, and board members on matters arising under U.S. federal securities law

  • The candidate will become part of an exciting global Asset Management and Investment Funds practice, working with a diverse range of premier global clients
  • Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an asset manager is strongly preferred***
