We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Coordinator to join our finance team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the communication between our company and its investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating investor relations activities and strategies, ensuring that the company's financial information is accurately and effectively communicated to investors and stakeholders. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain exposure in a high-growth environment and work with a dedicated team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic investor relations plans and activities.
2. Coordinate and manage the production of annual and quarterly reports.
3. Provide financial analyses and forecasts to the management team.
4. Organize and manage investor meetings, conferences, and calls.
5. Prepare presentations and other communication materials for investor and analyst meetings.
6. Collaborate with the finance department to consolidate financial information and ensure its accuracy.
7. Handle shareholders' inquiries and manage their expectations.
8. Maintain knowledge of current market trends and monitor operational and financial performance.
9. Assist in managing the company’s escrow accounts and transactions.
10. Coordinate with various teams on projects related to investor relations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of financial reports, corporate finance, and capital markets.
4. Exceptional skills in project coordination and management.
5. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and other financial software.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
10. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
