Job Details
We are seeking a highly experienced Investor Relations with a proven track record in raising capital from passive investors, specifically for real estate investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have an established network of investors and exceptional skills in capital-raising, relationship management, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Capital Raising & Investor Relations:
- Spearhead capital raising efforts by crafting compelling marketing materials, financial models, and presentations for potential investors.
- End to end capital raising, from inception to closing the deal, delivering the actual “Check”.
- Build and nurture relationships with investors.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial performance reports to stakeholders and external investors.
Fund Management & Strategic Planning:
- Partner with the investment team to analyze deals, and manage the portfolio.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of the group's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
Risk Management:
- Develop and implement robust risk management policies and procedures to protect the fund's assets and investments.
- Deal with banking and debt funds on existing and new deals on a project by project basis.
- Underwrite deals, current and new deal-flow in the pipeline.
- Budget and forecast on the general company hold and on particular projects.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in raising capital from passive investors for a debt fund.
- Strong, established relationships with real estate-focused investors.
- Skills:
o Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A finance background is preferred but not required.
