You'll leverage your expertise to maintain our sophisticated docketing system, ensuring meticulous tracking of patents, trademarks, and copyrights across global jurisdictions. The incoming docket specialist with join a tight-knit established team of experienced IP attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. - Deep understanding of U.S. and international IP prosecution processes
- 4+ years navigating patent and trademark docketing systems
- Proficiency with USPTO platforms including PAIR, TESS, TSDR, TTAB, eTEAS, TARR and SAEGIS
- Experience with FoundationIP software
- Familiarity with i-Manage FileSite and MS Excel
