We are seeking a skilled Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and impactful intellectual property disputes alongside a dynamic and highly regarded practice group.

Role Focus

This position is centered on handling sophisticated intellectual property litigation matters, with a primary emphasis on:

Patent Litigation: Representing clients in high-stakes patent disputes, including infringement cases, invalidity claims, and inter partes review proceedings.
IP Litigation: Managing all aspects of intellectual property disputes, including trademark and copyright litigation as needed, with a focus on protecting clients' innovations and competitive positions.
Technical Expertise: Collaborating with clients and experts to analyze and present complex technical information effectively in litigation.
Strategic Counseling: Advising clients on litigation strategies and potential risks to help them navigate complex legal landscapes.
Team Collaboration: Partnering with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive and seamless client service on multifaceted IP matters.

Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess the following:

Experience: A strong background in intellectual property litigation, particularly in patent-related disputes. Experience managing cases from initial filing through resolution is highly desirable.
Technical Knowledge: A technical or engineering background is preferred, enabling effective communication with clients and experts on highly technical matters.
Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, with demonstrated success in developing and executing litigation strategies.
Academic Credentials: Strong academic performance, reflecting a commitment to excellence.
Client Service: A proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering strategic solutions.
