Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Genuine interest in helping people and patience to support non-tech savvy end users.
  • Able to speak to and support a multitude of customers, from operations to leadership
  • 1st line of support for all end-user incidents/service requests
  • 1st level of escalation, more in-depth troubleshooting knowledge required.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and troubleshooting; win7/win10
  • Basic understanding of Enterprise/ITIL-compliant ticketing systems; Primarily ServiceDesk Plus or ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of networking; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
  • Basic understanding of security permissions and how they are applied
  • Basic understanding of mobile devices, primarily iOS

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university, or 5 years of related industry experience or equivalent technical experience.
  • Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Management Information Systems (MIS) degree is preferred.
