Job Details

Core Responsibilities

First point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing, Slack, and walk-ups

Device lifecycle management: procurement, imaging, deployment, repair, decommission

New-hire onboarding and offboarding — account provisioning, access grants, equipment setup, termination flows

Identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD) including MFA rollout and access reviews

MDM administration (Jamf, Intune) — configuration policies, OS/app patching, compliance enforcement

Endpoint troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android; escalate L2/L3 issues with documentation

SLA tracking, ticket hygiene, knowledge base and runbook maintenance

Networking support: Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS, conference room AV

Automation to reduce manual toil via scripting, workflow tools, AI integration
