Technology Support and Troubleshooting:
o Proficiency with MS Office (365) and related email tools.
o Familiarity with various online applications.
o Management of network and local printers/plotters.
o Expertise in Windows Server environments and related technologies.
o Assist in domain administration, managing users, devices, and groups.
