Job Details

Role is on a team that supports around 9500 users. This team is a low-volume team that typically has 150 tickets a week. They use ServiceNow for their ticketing system.
Hours are M-F 6-3 Or 7-4 CST.

Looking for:
1-3+ years of Help Desk experience
1+ years of Mobile Device support specifically (Android)
ServiceNow experience
Team Player who is willing to work hard & can multi-task
