Job Details

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software applications
  • Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access control
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve IT processes and procedures
