A bit about us:

This company is a stable software firm located in Philadelphia. This role works heavily in their business applications and end user support. It's a hybrid between help desk/support operations, along with ERP application integration and support. You will manage a small team and have a ton of room for growth in this department!

Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience running user end point management and support
Strong experience in help desk and application support services
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and emerging technologies
Experience in the administration and optimization of Netsuite and other business applications
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Zendesk a plus
Project management experience and certification (PMP, ITIL) is a plus
Other applications a plus (365, ERP, CRM etc.)
