We are seeking to hire an IT Manager on a full time/direct hire basis to join our growing team. The IT Manager will work onsite and oversee three direct reports, one of which is a Manager with a team of four others. The IT Manager will manage all software applications used by the organization through their Citrix environment. Support software installations, updates, and all tasks to ensure applications are performing at optimal levels. The IT Manager will also oversee the cybersecurity initiatives and defenses for the organization, ensuring that data, access, and defenses protect the technology and user environment.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, server administration, and security
• 1+ years of experience in a technical management role
• Prior Citrix/Xen App management experience
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Construction industry background is preferred
