Our company, a pioneer in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager. This role is integral to our operations, as it ensures the smooth running of our IT systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our IT department, developing and implementing IT strategies and systems, and maintaining our e-commerce platform. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain IT strategies and systems that align with company objectives and facilitate business operations.
2. Manage IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money in IT spending.
3. Oversee the administration and maintenance of our company's network, ensuring optimal performance and security.
4. Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud computing, network administration, and other IT systems.
6. Implement and manage our NetSuite e-commerce platform, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency.
7. Regularly conduct risk assessments, implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
9. Use data analysis tools and strategies to monitor system performance and leverage data for operational insights.
10. Stay updated with the latest technology and industry trends, and implement appropriate tech solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including cloud computing, network administration, and ERP systems.
4. Experience in managing and implementing IT strategies and IT service management.
5. Proficiency in JavaScript, NetSuite, and other relevant IT software.
6. Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
