Job Summary:
This position provides ongoing technical support, with Level I focusing on entry-level assistance and Level II offering more advanced support. Both roles report to the IT Manager and are non-exempt (eligible for overtime).
Key Responsibilities:
This position provides ongoing technical support, with Level I focusing on entry-level assistance and Level II offering more advanced support. Both roles report to the IT Manager and are non-exempt (eligible for overtime).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
- Perform desk-side and remote troubleshooting for various IT issues
- Manage and maintain the IT support ticketing system
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated scripts
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment
- Manage asset recovery and equipment reconditioning
- Support company VOIP and video conferencing solutions
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements
- Respond promptly to IT issues and alerts
Job Details
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of computer systems, networks, and security
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred but not required
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of network administration and VOIP technologies
- Ability to foster teamwork and coach others
- Contributor to process and procedure improvements
