This role will be instrumental in preparing, deploying, and troubleshooting new hardware and software across the organization. Job Details

What You'll Do:

Assist in planning and executing a company-wide PC refresh (laptops/desktops)
Configure and deploy Windows-based machines (imaging, software installation, asset tagging)
Migrate user profiles, data, and configurations from legacy devices
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users during and after deployment
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and ensure timely updates to asset management systems
Collaborate with internal IT teams to minimize disruption during device rollouts
Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and software installations

What You Bring:

2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in large enterprise or multi-site environments
Strong experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Experience using tools for imaging and device management
Experience with ServiceNow
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage priorities, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Experience with PC refresh, hardware swaps, and large-scale rollouts preferred

Nice to Have:

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
Previous experience supporting hybrid or remote teams

Duration:
Contract – 6–12 months, with potential to extend or convert to full-time
