We are seeking a highly skilled and personable IT Support Specialist to join our team onsite in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in IT support, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a client-facing role, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our attorneys, staff, and clients.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Set up and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Assist with network and server administration tasks as needed.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Train end-users on the use of software applications and technology tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
