Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust IT systems using Power Platform, SQL, Azure, SharePoint, and Automate.
- Analyze business processes and user needs, document requirements, and translate into system requirement specifications.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, implement improvements, and manage system changes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address system needs, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new IT projects and provide technical advice and support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring all system changes are accurately recorded and updated.
- Implement effective change management processes, providing training and support to end users to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Systems Analyst, Azure, SharePoint, and Automate.
- Experience with business central is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing IT systems and projects, with a strong understanding of system development life cycles, system design, and system testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in change management, with the ability to manage system changes effectively and minimize disruption.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
