Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Job Captain to join our team. As a Job Captain, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of corporate workplace projects. You will work closely with the project manager and design team to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and construction of corporate workplace projects, including tenant improvements and corporate headquarters.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and design team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with landlords and tenants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software to create detailed plans and schematics.
  • Provide technical expertise in areas such as architecture, planning, and LEED certification.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project progress.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate interiors and workplace design.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
  • Knowledge of planning, LEED certification, and corporate workplace design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
