Job Details

(Hybrid) - Technical Project Professionals / Job Captain

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead a variety of projects in the Corporate, Commercial, Workplace Interiors, and Retail Banking Interiors sectors.

Key Qualifications:
5+ years of technical experience in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace Interiors projects
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for producing fully coordinated construction document sets

In-depth knowledge of:
NYC and National Building Codes (DOB)
Compliance requirements and filing strategies
Base building infrastructure
Landlord and consultant coordination
Experience managing project coordination through all phases of design and construction
