Job Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create service work orders. Including customer intakes and scope of work.
  • Interact in weekly job update meetings
  • Work to meet the immediate needs of the customers by delivering prompt and professional solutions
  • Issue material requisitions and tracking materials for projects
  • Schedule deliveries of any necessary equipment and supplies to complete the work
  • Schedule and manage any MLS Electrical Division Apprentices
  • Managing MLS equipment and/or rental equipment for projects
  • Work in conjunction with MLS Electrical Manager and Site Foreman/Project Manager for adequate electrical supplies and stock
  • Maintaining constant channels of communication with customers and MLS representatives to exceed customer expectations
  • Execute punch lists, closeout documentation, and quality control
  • Communicate with the accounting department for effective invoicing
  • Suggesting improvements to customer service
  • Implementing improvements to customer service and overall customer satisfaction
  • Developing innovative and strategic approaches to improve internal processes to ensure consistency
  • Review of industry trends to ensure standards and best practices
  • Comply with State codes and regulations

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in the electrical field
  • Microsoft Office and customer service skills are necessary.
