Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Long Beach, CA -
Currently seeking enthusiastic Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys licensed anywhere in the United States, with one (1) to four (4) year of defense experience (prior insurance defense experience is welcomed, but not required), to work hybrid/remotely to support legal staff and counsel in the firm's California offices.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment,
Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills,
Strong organizational and time management skills Commitment to delivery of high-quality work product,
Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint,
Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience, and
Licensed member of any State Bar in the United States.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals, and
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports.
