Job Details
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications:
- Expense report analysis and processing
- Processing of accounts payable
- Journal entry
- Entry accounting data and revenue into Excel (organizing revenue )
- Reconciliations
- Revenue analyzing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar is highly preferred
- Ideal candidate has at least 6 months to 1 year of accounts payable experience
- Candidate should be proficient with MS Excel and formulas such as pivot tables, vlookups
- 1+ years of experience within accounting
- Must be comfortable coming onsite and working in an office in DTLA
- Candidate must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (since this is within the non-profit/education industry)
