Our client, a growing manufacturing firm, is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its team!

1. Assisting with month-end closing procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
2. Preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining general ledger accounts.
3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documents.
4. Conducting account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts.
5. Managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of payments.
6. Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. 1+ years accounting experience, including internships.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
3. Proven experience with journal entries, month-end assistance, and accounts receivable.
4. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel.
6. Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
