Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all company accounts and investments, ensuring all financial operations are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
2. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and board members.
3. Analyze financial data to identify our company’s financial status and performance.
4. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
5. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all financial regulations.
6. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
7. Develop strategies to improve financial performance and minimize risk.
8. Implement and manage financial systems and software, such as SAP and Power BI.
9. Conduct regular financial analysis, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to management.
10. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or higher would be a plus.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus, not required.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Accounting + Finance industry.
4. Proficient in using financial software like SAP and data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
5. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, using advanced formulas, and creating financial reports.
6. Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
7. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
8. Exceptional leadership abilities with a strategic focus.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
11. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
