Job Details

We are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Juniper Network Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key player in the design, implementation, and support of our client's robust network infrastructures. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch network solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Designing, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Juniper routers, switches, and other network hardware.
2. Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
3. Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
4. Working closely with other team members and departments to meet the organization's technology needs.
5. Developing and documenting network design specifics and operating procedures.
6. Providing technical support and guidance to users and other network engineers.
7. Conducting regular network performance tests and preparing reports for management review.
8. Collaborating with the team to identify and implement the best network solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of proven hands-on network engineering experience using Juniper products.
3. Professional certifications such as Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist (JNCIS), Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (JNCP), or Juniper Networks Certified Internet Expert (JNCIE).
4. Strong experience with Juniper switches, routing, and firewalls.
5. Proficiency in using network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical staff.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
