Job Details
We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience to join a nationally recognized employer-side employment practice in Century City.
The ideal candidate will have strong employment litigation fundamentals and experience handling both single-plaintiff matters and class, collective, and/or representative actions. This attorney should be comfortable taking ownership of assignments, working with minimal oversight, and producing high-quality written work product.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $265,000–$390,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.
The ideal candidate will have strong employment litigation fundamentals and experience handling both single-plaintiff matters and class, collective, and/or representative actions. This attorney should be comfortable taking ownership of assignments, working with minimal oversight, and producing high-quality written work product.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle employer-side employment litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution
- Manage single-plaintiff employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination,
- Support wage and hour, PAGA, class action, collective action, and representative action matters
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct complex fact investigations and analyze employment-related issues
- Research, draft, and argue motions
- Manage discovery, case deadlines, and litigation strategy
- Communicate with clients and collaborate with attorneys across the broader Labor & Employment platform
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of litigation experience, preferably focused on employer-side Labor & Employment matters
- Experience handling both single-plaintiff employment litigation and class, collective, or representative actions
- Strong deposition, discovery, motion practice, and case management experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of matters and work effectively with minimal oversight
- Strong academic credentials
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript required for consideration
