Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and guidance to laboratory employees
• Demonstrate ability to conduct procedures across all laboratory sections as business demands
• Oversee lab in the absence of the Lab Manager and Lab Director
• Collaborate with patients, Pathologist, office personnel, physicians, and nurses
• Establish procedures and priorities within deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• HHS approved certificate (or be able to obtain)
• Ability to follow detailed blood collection and lab procedures and develop new procedures as necessary
