Job Details

A well-established and growing law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, known for its exclusive representation of management-side clients in both the public and private sectors, is seeking an associate attorney to join its employment law practice. This opportunity is based in the firm’s Princeton office.

In addition to its broad employment counseling and litigation work, the firm has developed a focused niche representing financial services clients in arbitration and related matters. This includes cases involving restrictive covenants, noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, employee mobility, and regulatory arbitration proceedings.

Due to increased demand in this area, the firm is looking to add an associate with 1–4 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

Employment litigation

Restrictive covenant disputes

FINRA arbitrations

Noncompete and non-solicitation agreements

Drafting and negotiation of employment or severance agreements

Candidates must be licensed to practice in New Jersey; additional bar admissions are considered a plus.
