This Attorney will be joining their Labor & Employment Practice group who handles class action and single-plaintiff cases, as well as some advise and counseling duties.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in Employment Litigation (focus on defense)
• Experience with both single plaintiff (discrimination, harassment, retaliation) and class action (wage and hour, FLSA, PAGA)
• Experience conducting arbitrations and mediations
• Trial preparation experience or trial experience (bonus but not necessary)
• CA Bar License
• San Diego based
