We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff) to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in complex and challenging labor and employment litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-12 years of experience in the field, with a focus on plaintiff representation. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.

Responsibilities

As a Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff), you will be responsible for the following:

1. Representing plaintiffs in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related claims.
2. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
3. Managing all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial.
4. Providing legal advice to clients on labor and employment law issues.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure effective case management.
6. Staying updated about the latest developments in labor and employment law.
7. Developing strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff) position will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5-12 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, with a focus on plaintiff representation.
4. Exceptional litigation skills, with experience handling labor and employment cases from inception to resolution.
5. Strong legal research and writing skills.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
