Job Details

We’re seeking an experienced litigator (7+ years) to take on a leadership role within our Labor & Employment Litigation practice—whether as Senior Associate, Counsel, or as a lateral Partner. You will lead complex litigation, craft strategic direction, mentor junior attorneys, cultivate client relationships, and collaborate closely with leadership under the guidance of our co-chair.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all facets of litigation: discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, arbitrations, and court appearances.

Formulate and execute case strategy with minimal oversight; anticipate and mitigate risks.

Provide appellate input and supervise briefing—leveraging high-level research skills.

Engage directly with clients, offering counsel on litigation and proactive workplace strategies.

Mentor junior associates and foster team-wide collaborative excellence.

Contribute to business development, including thought leadership, publications, client presentations, and seminars.

Qualifications:

J.D. and admission to practice in Connecticut

7+ years of significant labor & employment litigation experience

Well-honed legal drafting and analytical skills; proven success in high-stakes matters.

Strong leadership, team management, and business development capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills; ability to represent and grow the practice.
