About the Role:
We’re looking for an attorney with 1–5 years of experience, a strong academic background, and an eye for detail. Our labor and employment practice spans a variety of industries, offering attorneys the opportunity to gain insight into cross-sector best practices and apply them when advising clients and shaping employment policies.

You’ll Gain Experience In:
  • Wage and hour disputes
  • Discrimination and harassment claims
  • Union grievances and labor relations
  • Representation before the California Labor Commissioner, Cal/OSHA, and the NLRB
  • PAGA and class action defense
  • Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and workplace policies
  • Compliance training and employee handbook development

What We’re Looking For:
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Member in good standing with the California Bar
  • Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
