Job Details
We are seeking an associate with 3–4 years of experience in employment law to join the Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco. Applicants interested in the Santa Monica office will also be considered.
Key Qualifications:
California Bar membership required
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior labor law experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Represent employers in litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and disability accommodation cases
Defend wage and hour class actions and employee unfair competition/trade secret disputes
Advise clients on compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws
Collaborate with attorneys nationwide on complex litigation and preventive counseling matters
Key Qualifications:
