We are seeking a senior-level attorney with broad labor and employment law experience. The ideal candidate will have a mix of advisory/counseling work for employers and litigation experience. Experience with union negotiations and collective bargaining is a strong plus, though not strictly required.

Job Details

Location: Milwaukee office (onsite preferred initially; hybrid flexibility available once established)

Experience: 5+ years in labor & employment law; litigation and/or collective bargaining a plus

Portable Book: $100,000+ in portable business strongly preferred, though candidates with less will still be considered

Compensation: $125,000–$225,000 base, depending on experience and portable book, plus bonus opportunities

Associates and shareholders have separate bonus structures, based on productivity and origination

Billable Expectation: ~1,800 hours annually

Support: Each attorney is assigned a legal assistant, generally shared with two other attorneys

Interview Process: Two in-person interviews with different partner groups (first interview may be via Zoom/Teams if candidate is outside SE Wisconsin)
