- Address issues such as discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct
- Handle complex litigation cases
- Advise on labor and employment issues affecting public agencies and school districts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in litigation and labor and employment law
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Expertise in addressing complex legal challenges
- Strong desire to work within the realm of education/public agency law
