Job Details
- Currently licensed to practice law in California
- Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
- Primarily on the defense, including wrongful termination, discrimination, PAGA class actions and related employment disputes.
- Very detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills.
- Ability to handle their own caseload.
- A high degree of initiative and mature judgment.
- First chair trial and/or arbitration experience.
