A well-established, full-service law firm with over a century of respected practice is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner to join its Houston office. This is a confidential opportunity to align with a firm that boasts a deep bench in commercial litigation—and is now looking to build out its Labor & Employment capabilities in-house due to a growing volume of referral business.

Job Details
- 8+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- A portable book of business and a desire to grow it with firm support
- Experience advising employers in compliance, litigation, and strategy
- A team-oriented mindset and interest in cross-practice collaboration
