Job Details
Seeking Candidates With:
Superior academic and writing credentials required.
Must be admitted to the California Bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation with a strong interest in trial work.
- Proven experience defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits.
- Background in transactional employment work, including:
- Drafting employment and severance agreements
- Preparing EEOC position statements and DFEH responses
- Conducting witness interviews and depositions
- Drafting workplace policies
- Advising employers on legal requirements
- Assisting with employment training programs (preferred)
Superior academic and writing credentials required.
Must be admitted to the California Bar.
