- JD and Admitted in NY State
- 3-7 Years of experience in commercial real estate
- Strong Legal Research and Writing Skills

- Secured lending and other financing transactions
- Representing commercial and multi-family sponsors
- Survey and title review
- Equity and debt financings transactions
- Property management and other commercial agreements
