Job Details

Requirements:
  • JD and Admitted in NY State
  • 3-7 Years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Strong Legal Research and Writing Skills

Duties:
Commercial real estate sales & purchases
  • Commercial loan transactions
  • Commercial leases
  • Secured lending and other financing transactions
  • Representing commercial and multi-family sponsors
  • Survey and title review
  • Equity and debt financings transactions
  • Property management and other commercial agreements
  • Real property litigation
