We are currently recruiting a partner-track associate to join a Labor & Employment practice group in our San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. The role is seeking candidates with approximately 4–6 years of experience in employment litigation defense and wage & hour class actions.
Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work across offices are required. We are looking for individuals who value client service and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $280,000 - $315,000.
Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.

Job Details
Active admission to the California State Bar (required)
4–6 years of experience in employment litigation defense
Experience with wage & hour class actions preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters independently
Strong academic credentials
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and teams
