Job Details

We are seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to advice and counsel employers on critical employment matters.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years' experience in labor and employment law.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients in all aspects of labor and employment law.
  • Wage & hour disputes, terminations, medical leave, accommodations, and more.
  • Conduct workplace investigations.
  • Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including employment policies, procedures, and agreements.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals
  • Keeping abreast of changes in labor and employment law to provide up-to-date advice to clients and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar of California and in good standing.
  • 1-4 years of experience in labor and employment law
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to stay updated on changes in labor and employment law, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
