Job Details
We’re seeking a Spanish-speaking Labor & Employment Paralegal who’s ready to dive deep into the heart of litigation. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll be essential to case preparation, client communication, and overall case management in employment law and class action matters.
What You’ll Do
Support attorneys with all phases of labor and employment litigation and class action cases.
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and witnesses, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
Draft and file legal documents (pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, etc.)
Assist with trial preparation and case strategy meetings.
Maintain case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with courts and co-counsel.
Manage document review and organization, especially related to wage & hour and employment claims.
Conduct client intakes and gather supporting documentation.
What You Bring
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
2+ years of paralegal experience, ideally with exposure to labor and employment or class action cases.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A team-first mentality and the desire to make a difference in clients’ lives.
Paralegal Certificate or equivalent preferred.
