Labor Law Attorney

Our rapidly growing law firm is seeking an experienced Permanent Labor Law Attorney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to navigate the complexities of labor laws and union representation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in labor law, be admitted to the Minnesota Bar, and have extensive experience with union representation. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Labor Law Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Representing clients in all aspects of labor law, including in court, at administrative hearings, and in negotiations.
2. Providing expert advice and guidance on complex labor law issues.
3. Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
5. Advocating for clients' rights and interests, and providing high-quality legal representation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Labor Law Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in labor law, with a focus on union representation.
4. Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, regulations, and procedures.
5. Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
