Job Details
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Develop and implement land use plans and policies
- Conduct site analysis and prepare site plans
- Prepare and review environmental impact reports
- Coordinate with local agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide expert testimony at public hearings
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis
- Prepare and review design plans and specifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide technical support to project teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or planning
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in land planning
- Proficiency in Auto Desk Civil 3D, AutoCAD Civil, Adobe Creative Suite, Urban Design, and landscape architecture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Willingness to travel as needed
