Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement land use plans and policies
• Conduct site analysis and prepare site plans
• Prepare and review environmental impact reports
• Coordinate with local agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide expert testimony at public hearings
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis
• Prepare and review design plans and specifications
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Provide technical support to project teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or planning
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in land planning
• Proficiency in Auto Desk Civil 3D, AutoCAD Civil, Adobe Creative Suite, Urban Design, and landscape architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Willingness to travel as needed
